Free Express Shipping
Rafarada Website provides free international shipping (except for Remote Area Surcharge) for all hair products. But accessories with extra items like satin bonnet, elastic band, etc can not be shipped alone except with hair parcels.
Processing Time
a) No matter which shipping method you choose at checkout, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order, Some of our wigs for example colored wigs/high qualiry wigs processing time is about 1-2 weeks, Processing time of specific items please refer to the custom time on the product page. Normally, we ship from Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and holidays, which can take up to three Business Days (for example, if you place an order on Monday, we will ship your order from Tuesday to Thursday) After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
b) We want to deliver the hair to you as fast as possible.Please do not place order if you want the hair in 72 hours! If you need a hair installation, it's a good idea to give yourself at least 2 weeks of buffer time to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may cause the delay.
Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS with expedited shipping depending on your location; Most European and North American countries (United States; Canada; United Kingdom; France; Belgium; Germany; Ireland; Italy; Netherlands), we implement a free shipping policy. US shipping time is about 5 - 7 business days. European countries shipping time is 7-10 business days normally.
Free shipping does not include African and South American countries where customers pay extra shipping. The shipping is $20-$40 to these area. The shipping time is 8-15 business days normally.

PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please offer a physical address for your order.

About order address issues
a) All customers are responsible for entering the correct information for the bill and shipping address of the order. Any address or order change request will be considered but not guaranteed (since the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. There will be no refund for abandoned or abandoned shipments.)
b) Because the order address is incorrectly filled in, if our team cancels your order is too late, you can return the order to us after receiving the order. Customs &Taxes
Orders shipped may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may also have taxes or duties with a random inspection. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.

Parcel tracking
a) We will update your tracking number via email, with all our orders with verified tracking numbers and links. Tracking numbers can take several hours to update. If you have a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Once the package leaves our shipping location, you will need to contact them to resolve some issues.
b) If you have previously encountered a lost or stolen package, we recommend that you send the package to your work address to ensure that you receive your package safely.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard or any place else.
Pls contact us WITHIN ONE WEEK since the package shows delivered if you didn't receive it, the shipping company does not accept investigation requests for packages delivered over one week.
Customers are responsible for the timely collection of shipments. Once a package has been dispatched to the shipping carrier at the correct address, any delays, returns, or losses due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the recipient. In these cases, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
What is item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.

Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year).
